Fix A Gadget

0/10 - Very, very disappointed experience. They fixed my laptop without my consent and threatened me, saying they would deduct the staff member's salary if I didn't pay. Which, unfortunately, they did! Anyway, I will never recommend going back to them! The owner doesn't have any VALUES!

Very disappointed. I went in to have the MDM removed from my iPad — the owner promised he could unlock it and quoted $40 for the job. In the end, he couldn’t do it, but still charged me the full $40 for something he failed to deliver. On top of that, he was rude and dismissive throughout the process. Poor service and no accountability. Definitely not recommended.

Ali is by far the best deal if you are on a modest budget. He was very accommodating and his customer service was top notch. I came in an hour before close and he was done with my phone in less than 30mins. I highly recommend Fix a Gadget for your electronics repair needs.
